Please read all items carefully before submitting a booking request. By submitting a Booking Request, you are agreeing to The Idaho Falls Santa’s Terms and Conditions.

Santa Claus

City Event/Corporate Party Visits and churches are $100.00 for up to one hour. (In the event that your party does not go as long as planned, the full hourly rate will still be charged. Prices shown do not include travel costs).

School Activities $50.00 per hour (negotiable)

Home visits $50.00 for up to one half hour depending on group size. Groups over 15 people will be billed at $100 per hour (In the event that your party does not go as long as planned, the full rate will still be charged. Prices shown do not include travel costs).

Weddings are billed at our normal hourly rate of $100.00 per hour

Christmas Eve/Day

At this time, Santa does not perform on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day except under very special circumstances such as hospital visits. Santa has his own family to look after and Christmas Eve/Day are reserved for them until further notice. Please feel free to inquire, but The Idaho Falls Santa does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Travel Fee

Please be aware that an extra fee ranging from $5.00-$30.00 may be applied for any event outside a 25-mile radius of Idaho Falls, ID.

Dry Cleaning Fees

Santa does his very best to keep his suit in tip-top shape for each event. However, due to candy canes and other things children sometimes get stuck to their hands, as well as leaking diapers etc., sometimes Santa’s suit gets soiled.

If you or someone attending your event causes Santa’s suit the need to be dry-cleaned, an additional $100.00 will be billed to the event host/hostess.

Please help Santa keep his suit clean by looking after your little ones.
